after your READDIR. Are all files found?

Are you using site_active via the web or site_hermes?
What does it say if you start it via the console? Are there any
warnings?

e.g.
[lackas@mayo cgi-bin]$ ./site_active.pl TEMPLATE=/active/b.html

Remove this two lines. Are all files shown?


You are using version 1.24.2.1 of site_active, right?
